How to submit

Submission guidelines

Main-track papers were double-blind peer-reviewed. Best practice, tool and product demo, and workshop submissions did not need to be anonymised.

  • Full papers: 12–14 pages including references, for a long oral presentation
  • Short papers: 6–8 pages including references, for a short oral presentation
  • Poster papers: 3–4 pages including references, published in the EdTech Society proceedings rather than Springer LNET

All submissions used the Springer proceedings format (LaTeX or Word template); papers in other formats could be rejected without review.

Abstract first, then the full paper

Abstracts of up to 500 words were due by 31 July; without one, the full paper could not be submitted. Full papers followed by 7 August, went through peer review, and accepted papers appeared in Springer LNET.
