Fellowships and scholarships
Fellowship for non-profit organisations
Not-for-profit organisations working in education or ed-tech could apply for a fellowship to partly cover the cost of taking part, if they were presenting a paper or running a workshop, best practice / teaching demo or tool / product demo. Applications closed on 10 November 2023 and were judged on how the organisation planned to take part and how well its work fitted the conference themes.
Scholarships
To make the conference more inclusive, scholarships of 50% to 80% of the registration fee were offered to early-career researchers, educators and industry professionals. All attendees could apply, with priority for student authors, then teacher authors, then other attendees. Applications closed on 22 November 2023.
