This talk focuses on addressing the challenges commonly associated with poorly designed cascaded Teacher Professional Development (TPD) programs, such as dilution of content, lack of trainers’ confidence, one-way transmission, and top-down design approaches. Participants will learn practical strategies to enhance the effectiveness of cascaded training models, including methods to preserve content integrity, build trainers’ confidence, foster interactive feedback loops, and adopt inclusive and participatory design principles.
