Institutions apply online with:

  • Name and type of organisation, and contact information including website
  • Programmes or courses offered
  • A brief description of the organisation’s mission and ed-tech focus areas
  • The membership level chosen (Platinum, Diamond, Gold or Silver)
  • Number of teaching faculty or employees

The Executive Committee reviews applications and decides based on eligibility and how well the organisation’s mission fits the Society’s goals.

Institutional memberships are reviewed every year (June to May). Members in good standing are invited to renew. The Society may revoke membership for non-payment of dues or for activities that contradict its mission.
