Description
Brief Description
This talk examines how technology can move beyond content delivery to become a catalyst for sustained curiosity and evolving competency. Drawing from real-world classroom implementations, I will share how adaptive learning environments, AI-augmented feedback systems, and hands-on digital interfaces can be designed to make learning personal, reflective, and enduring. The session highlights design insights on balancing scaffolding with autonomy, sustaining engagement without gamification, and using technology to reveal rather than replace, human cognition.
Date and Time: Saturday,November 22 , 2025, 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm (IST)
Pre- Requisite(s): None
Target Audience: Education researchers interested in learning design and cognitive engagement. School leaders and curriculum/ instructional designers exploring integration of technology and experiential learning in a scalable manner. Teacher educators and academic policymakers seeking evidence-based frameworks in blended/ remote contexts.
Key Objective(s)
After the workshop the participants will be able to
- Show how intentional design can sustain long term engagement in students even in the remote learning environment.
- Explain how creative, technology-enabled assessments can be used to understand, scaffold, and enhance learners’ evolving competencies over time.
