- All submitted full papers will undergo a thorough peer-review process.

- Accepted papers, after successful completion of the peer-review, will be included in Springer Lecture Notes in Educational Technology (LNET).

Poster Presentation

- Poster papers: (3 – 4 pages including references).
Poster papers will be published in ETSy proceedings and not in the Springer LNET proceeding.

- For presentation of your accepted poster paper during the conference, you need to create and bring poster(s) of the following specifications.
Your poster should be within 841mm(width)×1189mm (height). The orientation of posters is Portrait.

- Poster presentations session details will be provided in Programme section.

- Please include the title of the paper, the names and affiliations of the authors in the poster.

- The contents of the poster should be clear and concise. Figures, tables and letters on the posters should be large and clear enough that they are readable from a distance. Letters in font size less than 1 cm should be avoided.

- All necessary materials such as thumbtacks will be provided at the venue.
Submission Guidelines
All papers will be double-blindly peer-reviewed. Paper lengths for the main track submissions are as follows. Submissions in Best Practices Track, Tools and Product Demo Track, and Hands-On Workshop proposals need not be double-blinded.

- Full papers (12 – 14 pages including references; for a long oral presentation)

- Short papers (6 – 8 pages including references; for a short oral presentation)

- All submissions must be in Springer format. Papers that do not use the required format may be rejected without review. Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers.
