Abstract Submission Criteria

We kindly request conference attendees and participants to take note of the following important information:

  1. Abstract Submission Guidelines:v
    1. The maximum word limit for abstract submissions is set at 500 words.
    2. Abstracts should be prepared and submitted according to the specified format outlined in the conference guidelines.
  2. Full Paper Submission Requirements:
    1. Following the submission of the abstract, authors are required to submit their Research studies, Practice-oriented research, and Industry Research Track papers by 30 July August 7.
    2. All submitted full papers will undergo a thorough peer-review process.
    3. Accepted papers, after successful completion of the peer-review, will be included in Springer Lecture Notes in Educational Technology (LNET).
  3. Submission Deadline for Abstracts:
    1. It is mandatory that abstracts be submitted no later than 23 July July 31.
      Failure to submit an abstract by this deadline will result in the inability to submit the full paper.
    2. Please ensure compliance with the stated guidelines and deadlines in order to facilitate a smooth and efficient review process, and to ensure that your work can be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Poster Presentation

  • Your poster should be within 841mm(width)×1189mm (height). The orientation of posters is Portrait.
  • Poster presentations session details will be  provided in Programme section.
  • Please include the title of the paper, the names and affiliations of the authors in the poster.
  • The contents of the poster should be clear and concise. Figures, tables and letters on the posters should be large and clear enough that they are readable from a distance. Letters in font size less than 1 cm should be avoided.
  • All necessary materials such as thumbtacks will be provided at the venue.

Submission Guidelines

All papers will be double-blindly peer-reviewed. Paper lengths for the main track submissions are as follows.

  • Full papers (12 – 14 pages including references; for a long oral presentation)
  • Short papers (6 – 8 pages including references; for a short oral presentation) 
  • All submissions must be in Springer format. Papers that do not use the required format may be rejected without review. Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers. Microsoft Word template can be found here.

Steps to be followed to make a submission on Microsoft CMT are as follows.

  1. Create a CMT Account (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/T4E2024)
  2. Log In to Your CMT Account
  3. Find T4E 2024 Conference in the List of conferences OR directly go to the T4E 2024 Link:  https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/T4E2024
  4. Start entering you submission details by clicking on “Create New Submission” and then follow the instructions.
