Brief Description
This session focuses on using AI as a classroom co-designer. Through guided, hands-on activities with Curipod and NotebookLM, participants will learn how to create interactive lessons, generate discussion prompts, and support student inquiry.

Brief Bio / About the instructor:
“Sunita is an EdTech researcher, with a Ph.D. in Educational Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India. Her doctoral work, titled “Fostering Sensemaking in a Technology-Enhanced Learning Environment for Clinical Diagnosis Among Bioscience Undergraduates, examined the design of environments that support sensemaking in real world problem-solving contexts.
Her research interests span science education, learning sciences, technology-enhanced learning, cognitive-affective interplay, and the design and classroom integration of interactive learning environments. With over seven years of experience teaching graduate-level biology courses, she brings a practitioner’s perspective to her research. Drawing on these insights, she designed Karyotype an interactive, case-based, technology-enhanced learning environment(TELE) for facilitating undergraduate learners sensemaking.
