About Prof. Syaamantak Das: Prof. Syaamantak Das brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this masterclass. He earned his Ph.D. in Cognitive Information Analysis of Educational Texts from the Centre for Educational Technology at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. With a background in Computer Science, he has also completed his Masters from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur and the National Institute of Technical Teachers’ Training and Research in Kolkata. Prof. Das has conducted impactful research as a Data and Policy Summer Scholar at the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy, focusing on Education Policy and the “safe passage program” in Chicago city schools. His professional journey includes associations with Piramal and WorldQuant. Currently, he serves as the Co-faculty-in-charge of the Website and Social Media Team at ET@IITB and is the Faculty Coordinator for ET@IITB in TechConnect 2022 at TechFest.
